As the premier provider of document management services in Massachusetts, we are proud to offer our comprehensive suite of solutions to local schools, accounting and legal offices, medical facilities and other organizations and businesses across all industries. Our professional records and information management services include document storage and file management archives, secure document shredding and destruction, document scanning and record imaging, and digital media and electronic content management. Whatever your RIM needs, we can meet them.
Massachusetts Document Management Services
While our premier services put us a cut above the rest, we are proudest of our incomparable dedication to our valued clients, Team Members and communities. From our free, no-obligation quotes and consultations to our customized document storage and records management solutions, our clients can count on receiving nothing but the VERY BEST service. Our “You’ve Been Tagged!” program helps us show our appreciation for our employees as well, as we recognize those who have gone above and beyond to meet the Access goals. We also partner with local charities and attend, or host, community events as often as possible, like our local shred events, which help to keep our community as safe as our clients.
Making MA Our Home
Access was founded in 2004 and, after years of growth and expansion, we were able to bring our renowned RIM operations to the Massachusetts community in 2012, when we acquired Retrievex. Once established as a trusted provider of document scanning, storage and shredding solutions, we increased our state holdings through 3 more valuable acquisitions. While we will always look for additional growth opportunities, we are proud to be considered a leading document imaging company in Massachusetts, and to call this state our home.
Quality Service All Over Massachusetts
With our Danvers, Peabody and Wilmington locations, we are uniquely situated to service all of the 296 towns and 55 cities throughout MA, including Boston, Springfield and Worcester. No matter where your educational institution, hospital, law firm or business organization is located, we’ll make our way to you! Check the sidebar to contact the branch nearest to you.
