Chief Executive Officer
Rob is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In addition to his executive management responsibilities, Rob focuses on driving Access’ growth strategy, including acquisitions. Rob previously served as EVP of Corporate Development overseeing all acquisition and integration related activities, and then as President of Operations and Business Development before being promoted to CEO in 2010. Rob has 16 years of experience in the industry having joined Access during the 2005 acquisition of FileMinders of Hawaii, where he was a founding partner and Director of Operations. Rob is also a member of the board of directors of the OASIS Group, European records and information management provider. Rob has also served as the President of the Hawaii Chapter of ARMA International and held a position of Director for PRISM International through December 2013.
President and Co-Founder
John is the driving force behind the company’s growth strategy and acquisition activity. Prior to joining the Access executive team full-time in 2009, John was a Principal at Housatonic Partners and has served on the board of directors of Access since co-founding the business in 2004. John has more than 15 years of financial management and acquisition experience, including management roles in software and services industries, private equity investing and investment banking. John is also a member of the board of directors of the OASIS Group, a European records and information management provider, and ProService HR, an outsourced human resource administration company. John is an honors graduate of the School of Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.
Chief Financial Officer
Tony leads the company’s accounting and global finance teams. Tony has extensive experience with operational, strategic and transactional finance, including IPO and REIT experience, and has worked with recapitalizations and acquisitions throughout a variety of industries. Prior to joining Access, he was Chief Financial Officer for the Brickman Group and held significant leadership roles with KPMG, the Advisory Board Company, and CapitalSource. Tony has a BS in Accounting and Computer Science from Boston College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Chief Commercial Officer
Brad leads the company’s sales and marketing functions. In addition, he uses his knowledge and experience with B2B sales and software P&L leadership to oversee and manage all aspects of the digital products division. Brad previously served in several senior level leadership positions, including VP of Global Sales Strategy at IHS, VP and General Manager of Harris Corporation and Operating Director at Berkshire Partners. Brad has a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University.
W. PRICE BRANNON
Chief Information Officer
Price is responsible for the company’s comprehensive information technology infrastructure as well as all digital access solutions development and implementation companywide. Price began his career with Pierce Leahy Archives serving in various roles as the company grew from $20 million to $350 million in revenue from 1988 to 2000 when the company merged with the similarly sized information services provider Iron Mountain. As chief operating officer of Retrievex, Price was focused on achieving the company’s strategic goals and is responsible for the smooth integration of acquired companies.
Executive Vice President, Operations
David is responsible for company wide Operational Excellence to include safety, security, compliance, business acquisition integration, operational key performance metrics, standard business operating processes, transportation initiatives; David also oversees vendor relationships with key top operational vendors. David has 20+ years of senior management experience in the records and information management (RIM) industry.
Executive Vice President, Sales
Michael leads the company’s sales and account management in the U.S. for core services including records management, secure shredding and data protection. Additionally, he is responsible for the company’s enterprise sales efforts focused on clients requiring national services and support. He has more than 16 years of experience in the records and information management industry and has held a variety of executive positions in the records management and high technology industries.
DENNIS E. BARNEDT III
Director and Founder
Dennis provides the vision and leadership for Access, including the outline for strategic growth. Dennis has spent over sixteen years serving clients in the records and information management industry and has an additional eight years of executive leadership experience in distribution and logistics. Dennis is the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors for PRISM International, the organization creating policy and standards for commercial records and information management companies world-wide.
Executive Vice President, Finance
Judd manages finance, accounting, lender and other financial relationships. In addition, he plays an integral role in acquisitions, acquisition integration and operational and financial strategies. Prior to joining Access, Judd was CFO at Empire Today and was a key member of the senior management team that built and executed a rapid and successful expansion strategy. Judd also held a number of divisional CFO positions at Sears Roebuck and Co. and currently serves on the board of directors of Champion Windows. Judd has an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan and a degree in economics from Duke University.
